LOAD LEVELING 20' CONTAINER LIFT SPREADER, LOW PROFILE (AA45000B-1PA)
If low headroom is a requirement, this lifter is for you. Not only is the headroom less than 40” from the top of the container, but this lifter allows for off-center loading. The lift eye can adjust longitudinally, 48” on either side of the center-line. We can also provide this lifter in a 40’ version-inquire.
• WORK LOAD LIMIT (WLL): 80,000 LB
• PROOF TESTED to 125% (100,000 lb) and certified.
• CALCULATED WEIGHT: 5900 LB.
• FINISH: Sandblast, Prime and paint safety yellow
• SAFETY FACTOR: 3:1 to yield, 5:1 to ultimate.
• Standard specification #EAD21000A Applies
• This spreader was designed for a low headroom application and the need for load leveling. This style can be used for a 40’ Container as well. This lifter complies with ISO 3874 and ANSI/ASME B30.20.

• Pull chain rotates the chain drive and adjusts the top padeye ± 48" from the center.  It will not slip when the load is lifted.
• Indicator flags (4) connect directly to twistlock bayonets to indicate locked or unlocked position. Make sure the flags are operative before using. Call us if you need replacements. These are critical indicators for the position of the twistlock bayonets that connect to the container.
• To lock or unlock all four bayonets, simply pull the rope to actuate and the Indicator Flags will turn 90°.  Bayonets will alternate between locked and unlocked with each pull.
