TRAILOC, RETRACTABLE UNIVERSAL TYPE W/ BENT HANDLE (806000N-U00)

Originally designed for the United States Marine Corps, this retractable twistlock is well suited for flat bed type trailers. When retracted, the twislock is flush with the bed, enabling the flat bed to carry non containerized cargos. A very economical device, the Trailoc, with bent handle and hot dipped galvanized internal castings.


• Upward restraint - 44,000 LB. Ultimate transverse shear - 30,000 LB*

• WEIGHT: 12.0 LB.
• FINISH: The one PC housing is self colored for ease of welding. All other parts are Hot Dip Galvanized except for the fasteners, which are zinc plated, and the internal ball and spring which are stainless steel.
• *NOTE: Unless otherwise specified by customer that grease is not to be used, apply PC 3 grease thru grease fitting. (See PC. NO. 3 in the chart  at the bottom of this page.)
• Self colored housing and galvanized internal assembly.
• Dimensions without tolerances are subject to a manufacturing tolerance of ±.06.
• Trailocs are located so as to insert and lock into the ISO 1161 Corner Fittings located on standard ISO 668 Type Containers
