- ISO Corner Pulling Twistlock
The T15000A-100 Pulling Twistlock fits the end aperture of the bottom ISO Corner Fitting as well as the side aperture of both top and bottom
ISO Corner Fittings. After
inserting and twistlocking the PC 1 bayonet into the corner fitting, simply
spin the nut to remove the slack to provide a firm, wobble free connection. The long cylindrical body
(PC 2) is weldable. Currently this item is used on military trailers that pull containers up onto their flatbeds for transport. This item may be provided as a kit to facilitate painting or welding into your structure or it may be shipped as an assembled product. |

T42000C - Very Shallow Combo Twistlock & Tiedown Set
The T42000C series Tiedown features a "screwdown" shallow
depth ISO Twistlock and two Mil Std 209 Tie downs, all within
one cast steel weldable housing. This tiedown is beneficial when
space is at a premium. This very shallow design incorporates all
of the same features as the T12000D, including a mechanism to
prevent unwanted "unscrewing" or loosing while the vehicle is
traveling over rough terrain. |

Our ALUMINUM CORNER FITTINGS are Designed, Manufactured and
Tested to Meet the Requirements of ISI 1161. These are the
aluminum version of the more common steel corner fittings found
on intermodal containers worldwide. They are available in Top

Inspection and Maintenance Stand
Our Container Inspection & Maintenance Stand provides the opportunity to support loaded ISO containers high enough to do both container inspections and repairs. The stands connect to the ISO container corner fittings using Tandemloc connecting devices known as
twistlocks, which are the accepted method of connecting containers to ships and trailers. Each stand has a capacity of 40,000 lbs for a total load capacity of 80,000 lbs with winds of up to 15 miles per hour. These are high quality stands ruggedly built of heavy structural materials with a minimum yield factor of 3:1. They are painted safety yellow for excellent visibility. |

Inspection and Maintenance Stand
For applications that require ISO Shelters or Containers to
sit level on uneven surfaces, the ISO Container Leveling Legs
are the solution. The legs can be rigidly connected to the side
or end hole of bottom ISO corner fittings found on ISO Shelters
or Containers. Each leg can be individually adjusted in 1/4 inch
increments up or down, with a total adjustment range of 12
inches per leg. |

- Steel Container Pedestal
Many military containers such as Mil-Vans, the old "Conex
Boxes" as well as some Tricons, Sixcons and Quadcons are 8'
tall. However, many commercial containers are 8'-6". If
combinations of military containers and commercial containers
are shipped together, the overall heights of stacked containers
can differ from one another and this could create a problem for
lashing. The pedestal is also useful with open top containers
and flatracks where cargo is projecting above the top of the
corner fittings, hampering stacking or lifting. Tandemloc offers
a proof tested version as well, which can be used in lifting
applications. |
